Becky has worked in Skagit Valley as a Realtor since 1995. She has earned several designations; Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), E-Pro, and is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). Becky has put a strong focus on education because Real Estate is constantly changing. Only 4% of Realtors have earned the CRS designation because it requires not only 120+ hours of certified courses but the Realtor must also complete at least 75 transactions.

Becky is involved in her community as an active member of the Sedro Woolley Rotary Club, her Church, and also the Realtor Association. She has been the Local Realtor President twice, in 2000 and 2007, served on several State Association Committees and has been the chair of two; Education and Association Operations. Becky was also the State CRS Chapter President in 2008.

Becky enjoys camping, gardening, riding her horse, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
